Tom and Wanda Taylor have been in ministry over 40 years. Currently serving as pastors of "The Dwelling Place" located at 2906 SE Roswell Ave. Milwaukie, Oregon, a work pioneered by them and the faithful that the Lord has blessed them to serve since March 1983.
